USAF KC-46A pegasus boom break while refuelling.

A united states air force KC-46A pegasus was seen on the flight radar yesterday evening squawking 7700 indicating a general emergency.

this turned out to be a damaged boom while providing air to air refueling services to F-22's raptors that were operating in the area.

the incident took place off the coast of virginia, and the F-22's condition is currently unknown although said to have safely returned to base
